We are pleased to announce that IRS accepted 501 (c) (3) application of Turkish-American Cultural Foundation of Wisconsin for tax exempt status. IRS says;

You are exempt from Federal, income tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to you are deductible under section of 170 of the Code.

Organizations exempt under section 501 (c) (3) of the Code are further classified as either public charities or private foundations. We determined that you are a public charity under the Code section(s).

It means for all us that the contributions and donations to TACC-Madison are tax-deductible and Turkish-American Cultural Foundation of Wisconsin (TACC-Madison) is a non-profit organization.
